At Demonia Cult, we want you to be completely satisfied with your alternative footwear; therefore, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Boots

Place the unworn footwear back into its original Demonia shoebox and secure it inside a separate shipping mailer or box to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your exchange.
